Possible Tour...meet and greet in Florence, Italy!
After a request by a few people who have read my novels, I am considering the possibility of hosting a small tour group in Florence, Italy. I'd be guiding tour participants to this city's wondrous sights where we will all get to enjoy the glory of Firenze and Tuscany. Just imagine, the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, The Uffizi Gallery and those breathtaking Botticelli's, and what about Michelangelo's David in the Academia, and so much more!!!! I'm intimately familiar with Firenze, so not only will you visit the famous locations known to the world, but also the jewels that are nestled in those not so familiar places. In other words, you'll have a taste of Firenze alla Florentine – glasses filled to the brim with Chianti and all, just as the locals do!
If there's enough interest, a firm travel date and price package for single or double occupancy will be provided for your consideration. The seven to ten-day tour will take place in the spring of 2008, either April or May. This adventure will be limited to 20 participants. I've already been in communication with the staff at Hotel Albion in the city centre of Florence. This is where we will be staying and this is also where many scenes from my novel SamSara take place. Firenze is also the setting for two of my forthcoming novels that will be published in the next few years.
Send word if you're interested. Be sure to tell your friends. Perhaps they'd like to join you on this special occasion! I sure hope you can make it. It's guaranteed to fill your heart and soul with magic and imprint a memory in your mind that will last a lifetime, if not two or three!!!!!
